In FY2025, nearly 77% of the company’s revenue came from B2C operations, while the remaining came from B2B sales, HoReCa businesses, small retailers, and by-product sales like wheat bran for cattle feed. Ganesh Consumer Products operates through a strong distribution network with 28 C&F agents, 9 super stockists, and 972 distributors, offering 42 products with 232 SKUs as of March 31, 2025.

The product portfolio includes Sharbati Atta, Multigrain Atta, Diabetes Control Atta, various types of maida and rumali atta, multigrain sattu, chocolate sattu, and a variety of spices.
