Knowledge Realty Trust REIT IPO: Date, Price, GMP, Allotment & Review – Key Details Inside

As of March 31, 2025, the committed occupancy rate is 91.4%, indicating strong leasing performance. The REIT’s tenant base is highly diversified, consisting of Fortune 500 companies, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), and major Indian corporates. Knowledge Realty Trust is backed by renowned sponsors Blackstone and Sattva, bringing in global expertise and strong local execution.
