This is a Book Build Issue IPO worth ₹792 crores, comprising a fresh issue of 5.28 crore shares.  The price band is set at ₹140 to ₹150 per share, with a minimum lot size of 100 shares requiring a retail investment of ₹14,000. For sNII, the minimum application is 14 lots (₹2,10,000), and for bNII, it is 67 lots (₹10,05,000). The IPO allocation is 35% for retail investors, 50% for QIBs, and 15% for HNIs.

The company reported a revenue of ₹569.28 crores and a profit of ₹227.89 crores in FY 2025, showing strong growth from FY 2024, making it an attractive option for long-term investors.
